1. The Dutchess County Fair reserves the right to assign space in accordance with other exhibitors and products currently booked, in order to maintain a balanced variety of products and services.
2. The Dutchess County Agricultural Society, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any application that does not meet the Fair’s standards and requirements.
3. ELECTRIC, WASTE REMOVAL ARE ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO BE PAID BY ALL EXHIBITORS.
4. There are INSURANCE charges to the vendor unless a certificate of insurance naming DCAS as additional insured is supplied by the deadline.
5. RAFFLES ARE NOT PERMITTED.
6. ALL GIVE-AWAYS MUST BE APPROVED.
7. Prior to set-up, you must have a NEW YORK STATE SALES TAX CERTIFICATE.
8. All Food Vendors must have a DUTCHESS COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PERMIT and Serve-Safe Certification.
9. FOOD VENDORS: For the sake of quality control, the Dutchess County Fair has elected to have selected food and related product suppliers. NO OTHER FOOD OR FOOD PRODUCTS SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO OR USED DURING THE FAIR.

It is the policy of the DCAS, INC that no organization which espouses a political, religious or any cause the Society may deem controversial in nature be allowed to use or rent the facility or be represented at any Fairground’s event.
